quilts to Nunavut

Our quilt guild had more comfort quilts then the ambulance/police/firefighters needed - they give them out to children who are in accidents/domestic problems/need to go to hospital by ambulance, etc. so it was decided to send them to Nunavut - our latest territory.  We sent 4 boxes, each containing 12 quilts to be given out to the mothers of newborns at the birthing centre in Iqaluit. Hope they like them.

This is me behind the four boxes being sent up. Mailing boxes to Nunavut is not cheap but so worth it!
