It’s Wednesday, and guess what, we are still having hot and humid weather with chance of a thunderstorm….however, this should be the last day of the humid weather and we get back to more seasonal, window open and A/C off, weather starting tomorrow. I do love the heat but the humidity can go.
Today’s card is another silhouette card. I love making these.
The background was huge piece of white cardstock that had many Distress Inks sponged on and then splattered with water and dried…and then cut down to size. The wild flowers and butterflies were die cut from black cardstock and glued on. The banner was hand cut from a left over piece of the same blended cardstock as the base. It was mounted on a black banner. The sentiment and little flower started out as silver but I went over them with a black pen to change the colour. It was then mounted on a matching golden yellow card base.
That’s all for yet another hot and humid day, on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.
Cheers
Violet
