Seth's Teach-Me Quilt

This is another teach-me or I-spy quilt I made. This quilt was for my grandson Seth. These are so much fun to make. The idea of this type of quilt is an educational experience for the child. The adult will say, "find the butterfly" and the child will have to look for one. Then of course, there could be several different coloured butterflies so he child would be told to find the "yellow butterfly", etc. Some items I put on are quite large and some are quite small for when the child is older. I have a plastic bin filled with lots of quilting fabric with pictures of various items on them ready to make into another quilt.
