I ran some pink c/s thru the Cuttlebug with an embossing folder and then ran a pink ink pad over the top to just catch the embossed areas. The butterfly came from a pack I had so I found some blue c/s (and card base) to match and cut out a tag and stamped the sentiment in pink. The fancy yarns is from a skein I bought at Wal-Mart and I just cut a piece off and attached it to the butterfly and the tag so it looked like the butterfly was carry the tag behind it. Simple but nice. You don't really need anything fancy to say a thank you.
