Come to the Game - a scrapbook layout

What a busy few days! Thursday - bike ride; Friday - long hike at the park; Saturday - BBQ at the park with sister Bette; Sunday - 33.4 km bike ride at Point Pelee. Today is resting up day by cutting grass, doing laundry (one load on the line already), and housework - yuck! Housework is the ultimate 4 letter word in disguise by being 9 letters. Luckily for me hubby does most of it but I still have to do some.

Summer is winding down fast so I thought I'd show a summer scrapbook page with my then 3 year old playing soccer. Well, 3 year olds don't really play soccer but they look so cute in their uniforms and running around the field.

I had a package of soccer paper and this was one in the pack. It had the title in blue and purple so I just followed that by mounting the photos of Seth first on white and then purple. These were the only two pictures of him I had in his uniform. Easy and fast layout for sure. The letters for his name were die cut using a Cuttlebug alphabet die set. It's a fancy set but it can only be used on fun pages.

  1. I like it! Watching the little kids play soccer, football when the helmet is bigger than they are always makes hubby and i smile. I have so many pictures tucked away in boxes i need to scrapbook....Scrapbooking is definitely on my To Do list once we get settled in a new house. Thanks for sharing! Hugs! deb
