Christmas Bells Card

I'm back in action. Did you miss me? On Friday afternoon I finally sat down at the computer to download pictures from the quilt guild, get them posted to Photobucket (log in as: ckqg and password: quilters - if you are the least bit interested in seeing what our guild produces), and update my blog -  and the computer died. Nothing. I immediately called my neighbour who is a computer wizard and he said he was busy right then enjoying his patio but he would be over to see what he could do. Fast forward to Monday - we hadn't heard from him and I was having computer withdrawal so I called him again to set up an appointment and he came right over. After a couple of hours he finally got it sort of working but I had to run Malwarebytes to make sure there were no viruses and it took almost 6 hours to run. No viruses! It's running but I'm not sure if its completely fixed or not. So, if I disappear again, you will know why.

I thought I would post a card that was so quick and easy to make I couldn't believe it - and yet looks very nice.

The paper is from a corner of a 12x12 piece of Christmas paper from Stampin' Up. I really hated to cut into it but now I'm glad I did. Its mounted on a piece of burgundy cardstock I made into the card, and die cut a Spellbinder's label with a left over piece. The sentiment and stars are the peel-and-stick ones. Done in a flash!
