Reindeer Card

Well, another weekend passed and I sure didn't do much. However, the low atmospheric pressure is lifting and so is the pain and pressure in my head. Thank goodness. I even made it out to a pot luck lunch today at a friend's house for those of us who make quilts for children with cancer. We don't meet and quilt in December so she had us over to her house. Nice. I didn't get home until after 3:00 and Joe of course said "Wow, that was some luncheon you had". No, a nice luncheon but a lot of gabbing. We solved a few of the worlds problems and got caught up on what's happening in our lives. The usual! Good group of ladies for sure.

This card was made using one of the small .99 stamps from Hot off the Press. I love these little stamps. I know I say that every time I post a card that features them, but I do enjoy using them a lot.

The sentiment comes with the stamp as well as some small stars. Not bad for .99. The deer looks grey in the photo but he is brown. The border strip was easy to do. I just punched out three borders in three colours and then overlapped them. Nothing fancy but a cute card just the same.

My own Christmas cards are done and signed ready for the mail! Yeah!
