The Pink and Purple Skater

Another Friday already but I’m back with a Bellariffic Friday card today. Not much news around here except it’s still cold and we are expecting quite a bit of snow tomorrow. These are way below average temperatures for this time of the year and the sooner it goes back up, the better it will be. We just fixed the furnace a couple of weeks ago and now its making another odd noise so the repair man is coming back today – chaching! Just what we didn’t need another repair.

So, here’ today’s card – another sketch to follow.

 

I love this little skater. It can be a birthday or Christmas card depending on the paper you put with it. My Christmas cards are done and in the mail so this one was made for a little girl with a winter birthday. The pink paper is from a 6” pack from Studio G, the purple and hot pink are from the stash. The image was coloured with Prismacolor crayons and gamsol.

I’m posting two separate posts today. The next one is the casserole covers/carriers I made.
