Two Cards Today

        The weather has been delightful and it’s so nice to sleep with the windows open but some things never change….chance of a thunderstorm today and tomorrow!

        Today I’m posting two cards because they are so much alike.

        I picked up an old package of designer paper and a few cut pieces fell out. Instead of putting them away, I decided to use them! I dug through the stash and found that background paper with the circles and that almost solid light wine paper. I cut them down to fit on a standard card and inked the edges. The sympathy die came from Aliexpress. Once everything was cut to size I just started layering and gluing.

        But I still had some paper left over so I made another card.

     I didn’t have any of the circle back ground paper left but I had a larger chunk of that light wine so I just cut it a little smaller than the pink card base and glued it on. Then I glued on the sentiment and the left over piece of designer paper. I like them both better than I thought I would.
