Embossing Folders and Dies

            It was another beautiful day here in Ontario although the wind, at times, has a bit of a bite to it. We were sitting on the front porch and one minute it was quite hot and then the wind would pick up and we would shiver....fall is coming! Not much to report so I’ll get right to the post.

  

         This card was made with the Stampin’ Up Woodland embossing folder and one of their Beautiful You stamps. The lady was stamped on the back of the embossing folder and then the blue ink was smeared here and there across the folder. It was then run through the Big Shot on a piece of white cardstock. The lady was then coloured lightly….I think it was a Tombow marker that was smeared on a piece of plastic, and then the colour picked up with a paint brush. I used some brown ink to pick up some of the details of the trees and then stamped some grass. The sentiment came with the Beautiful You stamp set and it was adhered with dimensional tape. Once I liked everything it was then mounted on the red card base.
