 It was not the nicest weather here today…kind of dull with a cool wind….. but tonight we may get snow! Not a funny April Fool’s joke Mother Nature. That nasty stuff is not supposed to show up in April. Hopefully the snow will melt as soon as it hits the ground.

    I had a pieced background made and set aside….time to finish it into a card. It’s spring so it must be golf season so I went with that theme.

 

I wasn’t sure how to finish it off but as I was flipping through my green folder of left over scraps I found that darker moss coloured one and then the beige one and decided they would work well with the background. The beige one needed an image on it and the first stamp I noticed when I pulled out the drawer was this golfer (Art Impression)..perfect. I didn’t want much colour on it so the image was very lightly coloured with pencils. Its very hard to see on the photo but in real life it’s just tinted. Then the small gold sentiment peel-off was added and the it was mounted on a Kraft card base.
