This is Monday’s
posting on Tuesday! I was too tired last night to even turn the computer on. We
are under another heat wave and it feels like about 100F with the high humidity
factored in.
Today’s card
features another one of the tole paper card projects.
So this one is based on a Hummel image so it
could be for a woman who collects Hummels or for a young girl. I could not decide
what kind of a card to make so I just went for the ‘Especially for you’ sentiment.
Once again the dimension does not show up well in the photo but it does in real
life as each section is raised up bit by bit. I think the hair has three or
four levels on its own. It was glued to a green card base and I added a silver
ribbon down the side and a flower with a gem in the centre. The sentiment is
adhered with a dimensional tape.
