Our brutal winter continues with more snow and cold weather. I cannot wait for spring to come! I’m just a 100% summer and hot weather person.
Today’s card was made using two very old dies - I think Memory Box but not sure. I’ve decided that everything that is old is new again and pulling out the old stamps and dies.
Next I did the same thing for the flowers - double sided adhesive on white cardstock and ran it through the Big Shot. After I sponged on the colours, it was attached over the trellis. Ranger hot pink pearl dimensional drops were added to the flowers and some on the background. They look blotchy in the photo but that’s because of the lighting. Then the gold peel-off sentiment and flower were added. Done!

Beautiful card Violet... We are coming out of a deep freeze and a little snow and ice... everything is melting and we are pretty well back to our normal average temperature. 50's and 60's for the highs in winter. Always happy to see you post. Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteLoved your card. So simple yet so stunning. You mentioned that you used double sided adhesive to hold on the trellis and flowers. Where do you get that. I live in Chatham also and I do miss asking Kim at Paper Pickle for help!
