Summer is definitely here! Joe kept saying that we had such a cold spring, once it gets hot it will be very hot and he was right. Close to 90F today but there is a lovely wind blowing so it was a delightful day to be outside. More weather in the 90F’s and higher coming up too. We actually need a full day rain. Its very dry here.
It's definitely ice cream cone weather.
I’ve decided to pull out some of my old, very old, stamps and reuse them. This is a very old Stamping Bella stamp that was stamped on white cardstock. The sky was very lightly brushed with light blue ink. The grass was sponged with green ink.
The focal image was coloured with pencils and blended with gamsol. The sentiment was stamped in black ink and it came from another set. The card was then adhered to a wine card base. The colouring took awhile but I enjoy doing that so I don’t mind one bit.

What a beautiful stamp and with your coloring it turned into a lovely card. We are hot here too and at the moment windy as two storms pass by us.. one to the North and one to the South and no rain for us... boo.... BUT we have rain chances all weekend so cross your fingers for us dear Violet! Hugs! deb
