This was a fun card to put together. the cupcake is a two part stamp from Hot off the Press that I bought from Paper Wishes for .99. The candle came with it too. I stamped the bottom piece on yellow paper with brown ink and the top of course was stamped in blue and then inked with a darker blue around the edges....and of course I had to add some Stickles on the top. It was cut out with the Spellbinders square die as was the blue behind it. The background is just from my stash, as is the ribbon. I then stamped the greeting on the bottom part.
