Don't Forget the Milk and Cookies

Another beautiful day here in Ontario. I started back at the “Y” this morning for Aqua fit. Gee, it felt good to be back in the water again. Hubby hates swimming but I love the water. Joe started the laundry while I was gone (he does all the laundry all the time) and I hung them on the line when I got home (which is always my job) and the breeze dried them in no time. This afternoon I finished up another quilt top for ChildCan who gives the quilts to children diagnosed with cancer. Then I started working on another quilt top for my daughter. I have a few half-finished tops that I’m determined to finish and give to my girls.

Today’s card is another Christmas card. I love having all my Christmas cards ready to go before December even gets here.

I had some more left over pieces of Christmas paper so I arranged a background of them and added a funky ribbon down the centre. The Santa stamp was stamped on cream cardstock and I just coloured in the words on the hat in red for a little contrast. It is popped up with dimensional dots. The squares are more left over papers from the top and bottom papers used on the card background and then I added the sticker. A cute card for a child.

Cheers

Violet
