We went for a long but cool walk through the bush at Rondeau Provincial Park
this afternoon but the migratory birds were very scarce. We kept joking with
the few people we met that they must not have gotten the memo that birding
season starts today. I did get a couple of nice shots of two though.
White-throated Sparrows were in abundance today.
This is the only Vireo we saw. Pretty bird.
Today’s card is another nice card for a young girl.
Once again the image was coloured with Prismacolor pencils.
Oval dies are from Spellbinders and I simply cut into where the balloons hit
the edge of the die and popped them out of the die so they didn’t get cut off.
The sentiment is a velum sticker that just seemed to match the card. Nothing
too exciting abut this card but I do like it.
It’s Friday tomorrow! Yeah! Our quilt guild’s quilt show
starts tomorrow so if you are Chatham
be sure to stop by St. Paul’s Congregational Church on Park Ave West Friday or
Saturday to see all the beautiful quilts.
Cheers
Violet
