Feather Card

        It’s a very sunny day today but the cold north wind has such a bite to it that it does not feel warm at all. Tomorrow is supposed to be a south wind so perhaps it will feel more like spring.   

Today I’m posting a card using a photo I took of some peacock feathers. Our camera club will occasionally lay out various objects and allow us to take photos of them for practice….micro photography. I decided to use some of mine in cards. 

         The feathers were laying on blackish/grey fabric with a light shining on them from above. The light really made the colours more noticeable, but still a soft look. I simply printed it out; trimmed it down; added the tag and peel-off sentiment and then glued it to a matching blue card base. This is definitely a quick and easy card.
