I haven’t posted for a few days - just too busy enjoying the last weeks of summer. My birthday was last week and on the weekend two of my daughters, spouses, grandkids and the oldest boy’s girlfriend, met us at Rondeau for a much needed get-together. First time I’ve seen them in person since last September and this year I was able to hug them. Thank goodness for all of us being vaccinated.
Later this week is my oldest daughter’s birthday and this is the card I made for her. It arrived today and she really liked it.
The butterfly and scroll were stamped with VersaMark and then heat embossed with silver embossing powder. Then the butterfly was coloured with metallic water colour paint. It is actually prettier in real life than what the photo shows. The sentiment is a silver peel-off and then I added gems. It was mounted on silver paper and then onto the card base.
That’s all for a windy but lovely Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
Cheers
Violet
