Well, the sore throat continues but getting a bit better. We are expecting another huge snowfall starting tomorrow. We could get 15 cm tomorrow (5.5 inches) but more coming every day until about next Wednesday. It’s been a very mild and not as much snow as the experts predicted so far but it is January so we can expect it. It’s been so mild some of the spring bulbs are sprouting - a little too early for that to happen. Hope they survive if it turns extremely cold again!
Today I’m featuring a card that I made from another thrift store find.
I stamped this on white cardstock and die cut it with a stitched die. Blue ink was sponged inside the stitched line. The rest of the card was coloured with both pencils and markers. If I want a pop of colour - like the flowers - I use markers. I just happened to have that little stamp that says ‘make a wish’ which I thought was perfect for this image.
For some contrast and to pick up the colour of the flowers, it was mounted on a deep red card base.

i would be so excited if i knew i had snow coming...like a little kid lol BUT i know you aren't so i hope the snow turns out less than expected for you. :) What a lovely thrift store find.. Surprisingly i always find very little crafting supplies when i go to the thrift store.. sigh.. Hugs! deb
