A Christmas Bunny

It’s beginning to look like ….a green Christmas! Yup, Canada, the land of ice and snow, is mild and green as can be. The temperature is well into the 40’sF with no chance of snow at all. This is actually quite common for southern Ontario….further north it’s a much different story.

This is the last Christmas card for awhile. The stamped image is a very old Stamping Bella stamp but still one of my favourites to use.

The bunny was coloured with pencils and blended with gamsol. There is no die for this one so I just hand cut it – pretty easy as there are few small pieces. The card base is from a piece of red cardstock and then a left over piece was die cut with a stitched rectangle die. The striped background is from a 6” paper pack, cut down to fit on the card base with a small border showing. The sentiment was stamped with VersaMark ink and then heat embossed in white. Then the image was glued down. Except for the colouring, this was a quick card to make.

         That’s all for a mild Monday, December 23, 2019.

Cheers

Violet
