The rain finally ended about noon yesterday and today was
such a beautiful day. We were able to get the grass cut and work in the garden…..tired!
After sitting around for months we are obviously not used to physical labour
and our bodies are protesting.
Today’s card is another one of the flip cards I made using
the die set that I featured on Monday’s post.
Here is the card folded. The
smaller label comes with the die set and it leaves a lovely border around the
one that cuts with the die. It is actually stamped straight but these cards are
hard to photograph as there are several mountain and valley folds. The yellow
sentiment was die cut three times and glued together.
And this is the card flipped
open. I will be adding a nice birthday verse on the flap before mailing it.
